You will be responsible for ensuring all structural and civil works meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:QC Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Control plans aligned with project specifications and standardsStructural Inspections: Conduct systematic inspections of foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and load-bearing elementsMaterial Testing & Verification: Oversee material testing programs, verify certifications, and approve suppliers and deliverablesDocumentation Management: Prepare detailed inspection reports, test certificates, and maintain complete QC documentationCode Compliance: Ensure all works comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirementsNon-Conformance Tracking: Identify, document, and manage defects with corrective action follow-upTeam Coordination: Supervise QC inspectors and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managementSafety & Environmental Standards: Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-siteClient & Authority Liaison: Communicate with clients, architects, and regulatory bodies on quality mattersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural EngineeringMinimum 7-10 years of experience in structural QC on commercial/hospitality projectsProfessional License: PE/PEng or equivalent registrationExpertise in:Concrete construction and testing methodologiesSteel structural systemsFoundation design and verificationBuilding codes and standards (IBC, ACI, AISC, local regulations)Strong command of quality management systems (ISO 9001)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software, and project management platformsPreferred Qualifications:Prior hotel or hospitality project experienceBIM (Building Information Modeling) knowledgeQuality management certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE)Experience with MEP coordinationPreferably residing in BOHOLJoin an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark.
