Duties and Responsibilities:

1.1 Accepts all patients/relative payment and credit card transactions

1.2 Issue receipts and change to patients/relative.

1.3 Posting payment transactions to Bizbox System according to allowed access by MIS Department.

1.4 Process the refunds and discounts of patients accurately and promptly.

1.5 Handles Petty Cash Advances and Liquidations.

1.6 Be aware of all promotions and advertisements that affect the prices.

1.7 In-charge in pick-up of canteen sales/collections for the day.

1.8 Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash & credit payments at the end of the shift.

1.9 Train other new staff members to work as cashier in actual cashiering.

1.10 Assist the Cashier Supervisor with various clerical duties as needed.

1.11 Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned.
