JOB SUMMARY:

  • Assists and supports technical-related plans.

  • Assists in the project benchmark.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Professional is a plus
  • With 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience (open to fresh graduates)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MIDAS, Microsoft Office applications, and other related software
  • Able to prepare estimates and design structural plans
  • With good oral and written communication skills
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills to achieve specific goals before escalation to higher management
  • Willing to be trained in other engineering disciplines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying research opportunities and staying informed about industry trends.
  • Contributing to product development by designing innovative solutions.
  • Conducting technical research, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance.
  • Assists in consolidation of issues and concerns, and pending deliverables to other departments. (via coordination meeting)
  • Assists in the production of plans- such as permit plans, bidding plans, and construction drawing plans (Related to Planning, design and engineering and R&D Projects)
  • Supports funding initiatives alongside with PDE group, by providing requirements such as design schemes, plans, estimates, and other related works.
  • Assists in verifying necessary information for PDE group, Benchmark studies, etc.
  • Verifies general specifications of projects (VE Version).
  • Assists in producing standard material specifications for both housing and commercial projects.
  • Periodic site visits on both north and south projects.
  • Coordinates with engineering consultants with regards to engineering plans, and billing concerns. Also, in charge of coordination regarding availability for meeting concerns
  • In charge of reimbursements of research and development departments.
