Muvr is a fast-growing logistics and delivery platform that connects people and businesses who need to move, deliver, or dispose of items with trusted movers and drivers — think Uber or Grab, but for movers and on-demand delivery.

We're building an AI-powered logistics ecosystem that makes moving physical goods as simple as sending a text. With a growing network of customers, movers, and business partners, we're scaling our technology to power real-world movement across homes, stores, and cities.

We're now hiring a full-time, fully remote Flutter Developer to build and scale high-performing mobile applications that power both sides of our marketplace.

You'll own the end-to-end Flutter app development process for both our customer-facing and mover-facing apps — ensuring a seamless, reliable, and visually stunning user experience across Android and iOS.

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to build scalable, maintainable, and testable mobile systems that handle everything from real-time order tracking to push notifications, route optimization, and AI-enhanced UX.

• Build, maintain, and improve Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms
  
• Revamp and modernize existing UI/UX components to boost engagement, streamline user flows, and align with new brand design standards
  
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate Figma wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive Flutter UIs
  
• Develop reusable, modular, and testable Flutter widgets and architectural patterns (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.)
  
• Integrate APIs, real-time sockets, and notifications for dynamic, multi-user marketplace interactions
  
• Optimize app performance, startup speed, and device responsiveness across Android and iOS
  
• Implement unit, widget, and integration testing to ensure reliable and bug-free releases
  
• Work in fast-paced sprint cycles, participate in code reviews, and ship high-quality releases
  
• Use AI-assisted developer tools to improve coding speed, testing, and debugging efficiency

Frontend: Flutter (Dart), Riverpod / BLoC
Backend: GoLang, (microservices, REST, Kafka events)
Infrastructure: Firebase, Google Cloud Platform
Integrations: Push Notifications, Deep Linking, Maps SDKs, Real-Time Chat
Version Control: GitHub + CI/CD Pipelines

• Experience with GoLang or for backend integration
  
• Worked with Kafka or event-driven architectures
  
• Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and deep linking
  
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play
  
• Contributions to open-source Flutter libraries or GitHub projects
  
• Experience building products for marketplaces, gig platforms, or logistics startups

• 3+ years of Flutter development experience (mobile-first products preferred)
  
• Deep understanding of state management, animations, and responsive UI
  
• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and real-time data
  
• Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
