Pump Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pump Attendant to join our team at Jadeblue Petroleum Inc.'s fuel station in Imus City Cavite. As a Pump Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our fuel station. This is a full-time position that requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers at the fuel pumps, ensuring their refueling experience is efficient and pleasant
2. Accurately dispensing the requested type and quantity of fuel
3. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fuel station forecourt, including the pump area
4. Performing basic maintenance tasks such as checking and replenishing oil and other fluid levels
5. Handling cash and credit/debit card transactions in a professional and accurate manner
6. Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
7. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

6. Previous experience in a similar role or the fuel and petroleum industry would be an advantage
