We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Architect to join NRI's Oracle practice in Manila. Reporting to NRI's Oracle Principal ERP Consultant, this role provides technical leadership across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Integration, and Oracle PaaS services within our Oracle Cloud delivery programs. The Oracle Technical Architect will play a key role in designing and governing technical architectures, leading integration strategies, and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions for our customers. The role involves both hands-on technical leadership and solution design, supporting major Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, OCI, and Integration engagements across the ANZ region.

  • Lead the design and documentation of technical architectures for Oracle Cloud projects, covering OCI, integration, PaaS, and middleware solutions.
  • Provide governance and quality assurance over technical designs and deliverables, ensuring they align with best practices and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and client technical teams to define integration architectures, security models, and data flows.
  • Contribute to NRI's capability development, reusable IP, and go-to-market solutions in Oracle IaaS, PaaS, and integration domains.
  • Drive solution workshops, prepare technical specifications, and guide the technical design authority processes.
  • Support presales activities by shaping technical solutions, effort estimates, and architecture recommendations.
  • Mentor and support technical team members, fostering a performance-based, innovative, and collaborative work culture.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders, including technical architects and IT leaders, to build trust and ensure successful delivery outcomes.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in Cloud delivery.
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle PaaS technologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ODA, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Database Cloud Service (DBCS), and related services.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering integration architectures across complex cloud and hybrid environments.
  • OCI Cloud Architect Associate (or higher) certification.
  • Familiarity with security and risk standards/frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ISO 27000, CISSP, CISM).
  • Experience writing technical specifications and design documents in a Fusion Cloud / Middleware environment.
  • Strong consultancy skills, with the ability to engage customers at both technical and executive levels.
  • Background in designing and implementing security architectures, disaster recovery solutions, and high availability solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in agile delivery environments.
