Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop: Design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.
  • Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
  • Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
  • Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
  • Skills: Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus) with B2 English proficiency.
  • Attributes: Self‑motivated, collaborative, and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.

About the Role:
As a Graphic Design Specialist on our Product team, you'll create visually compelling, high‑converting brand kits and digital assets that resonate with our clients' brands. You'll collaborate with the team to ensure consistency, test for optimal performance, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance our visual output.
