Barista/Cashier

Job Description:

• ⦁ Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following company recipes and standards.
• ⦁ Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• ⦁ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and dining area.
• ⦁ Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
• ⦁ Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• ⦁ Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately and responsibly.
• ⦁ Follow company policies on food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments properly
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier area

Qualification:

Educational Qualifications: A High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management/related field is required.

Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a café or food service setting is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
