Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to user requests and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of computer and peripheral equipment problems
  • Provide guidance and training to users on the effective utilization of IT systems and applications
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring issues
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate personnel for further investigation and resolution
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software

What we're looking for

  • Has experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role; open for fresh graduate
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical expertise
  • Proficiency in using remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Working knowledge of common desktop applications, operating systems, and network protocols
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
