Are you a hands-on mobile engineering leader ready to drive innovation across iOS and Android platforms? This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team in building high-performance, scalable, and intuitive cross-platform mobile applications used by thousands of users.

As the Lead Mobile Developer, you'll own the end-to-end mobile development lifecycle — from code quality and performance optimization to team mentoring and agile delivery. You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Software Development to ensure timely and high-quality releases while championing best-in-class coding practices and modern mobile technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform 100% of code reviews across iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) projects.

  • Ensure applications meet top performance benchmarks for responsiveness, stability, and user experience.

  • Mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing mobile development team in agile environments.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) and ensure project milestones are achieved.

  • Champion continuous improvement and the adoption of emerging tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and app quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • 9+ years of experience in mobile development with proven leadership across iOS and Android teams.

  • Must have strong people-management skills experience.

  • Expert in Swift/SwiftUI and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose.

  • Strong understanding of agile principles and experience managing sprints and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Passionate about innovation and mobile technology trends.

  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid setup).
