Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, PRC-licensed Pharmacist.
Preferably with experience in hospital or oncology pharmacy.
Training in chemotherapy compounding is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Key Responsibility:
Prepare, dispense, and monitor chemotherapy and supportive medications.
Ensure safe handling and storage of oncology drugs.
Provide medication counseling to patients and support to the clinical team.
Participate in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
