Talent Research Analyst – APAC

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Research Analyst and help shape our talent sourcing strategy within the financial services industry.

In this role, you will produce high-quality research reports and presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you'll align your research with business goals and provide strategic recommendations to enhance talent acquisition and retention. You'll leverage advanced analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities in the talent market, fostering strong partnerships with internal teams and clients.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct talent research to uncover competitor hiring trends in the financial services sector.
  • Create clear reports and presentations to communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with teams to align research with business objectives.
  • Use data analytics to identify market trends and opportunities.

You'll be someone who can bring:

  • Experience in talent research or mapping, with familiarity in market research tools.
  • Strong ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with a collaborative mindset.
