Job Summary:

We are seeking an Oracle Project Manager to lead Oracle ERP projects, manage budgets, and ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle solutions. The role requires strong project management expertise, business process understanding, and the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation projects from planning to completion
  • Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure successful delivery
  • Analyze business processes and align them with Oracle ERP solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and project governance
  • Provide project updates and progress reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience managing Oracle ERP implementation projects
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills
  • Solid understanding of Oracle ERP modules and business processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Must be willing to attend a face-to-face interview and work on-site
