Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Aircon Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning systems, ensuring top performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split-type, window-type, and centralized systems)
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
  • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Refill refrigerants and check for leaks
  • Provide excellent service and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
  • Maintain accurate records of work done and materials used
  • Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate, TESDA-certified, or equivalent technical background
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in aircon servicing and repair
  • Knowledge in HVAC systems and basic electrical work is an advantage
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and able to work in field assignments
  • With valid driver's license is a plus
  • Can work independently or as part of a team
