At NarraSoft, we're seeking registered nurses with strong attention to detail who can ensure medical documentation supports compliance, accuracy, and better outcomes. We are continuously growing our network of Registered Nurses to support medical records review and patient engagement for clinical trials. If you're compassionate, detail-oriented, and skilled at communicating with patients, we'd love to connect with you. Our projects involve supporting patients in the United States across various time zones, and we're always looking for dedicated nurses who can bring both clinical expertise and empathy to the role.
 
If you have experience with any of the following, we'd love to hear from you:
  • Conducting patient interactions via email, text, phone, or video communication
  • Performing phone or video screenings based on clinical trial protocols and eligibility criteria
  • Reviewing medical records to determine trial eligibility and assisting with consent processes
  • Developing or enhancing phone screening scripts in line with clinical trial requirements
  • Engaging patients with clear explanations of objectives, procedures, and responsibilities
  • Assisting patients with scheduling follow-up calls and visits
  • Collaborating with North America–based teams for coordination and reporting
  • Demonstrating excellent communication, active listening, and patient engagement skills
  • Applying attention to detail in documenting patient information and medical data
  • Showing empathy, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
