Digital Designer (With Strong Video Editing Skills)

Overview

We're looking for a Digital Designer who can create visually compelling, user-focused digital assets across web, mobile, and marketing channels. This role blends creativity and technical skill, with a strong emphasis on producing high-quality video and motion content alongside graphic and digital design work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging digital assets, including website layouts, social media graphics, email templates, display ads, and multimedia content.
  • Produce and edit video content, motion graphics, and short-form marketing videos.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to turn concepts into effective visual solutions.
  • Develop and maintain brand-consistent design systems, templates, and style guides.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital experiences.
  • Optimize graphics, videos, and layouts for usability, responsiveness, and performance.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in digital design, UX/UI, and video editing.
  • Incorporate feedback and revise designs to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Prepare final assets for web, social, and digital production with accuracy and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and/or other relevant design/video tools.
  • Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics creation.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and digital asset specifications.
  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and clearly present concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end principles.
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI workflows or user-testing methods.
  • Background working in agile or collaborative environments.
