Megawide is currently seeking an innovative and results-driven Cloudia Encoder who will be responsible for encoding and maintaining commercial data in Cloudia, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accuracy, assisting in budget monitoring through system-generated reports, and performing various administrative and assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in data encoding, administrative work, or commercial support.
• Proficient in using Cloudia or similar procurement/commercial systems (an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Good understanding of procurement, finance, and project coordination processes.
• Ability to analyze basic budget and cost-related reports.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
