Job Brief

We are working with a top financial institution in the Philippines to hire an experienced Sales Trader. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Treasury professional to join a dynamic team, manage client portfolios, and drive revenue through innovative financial market solutions.

The Sales Trader will play a key role in delivering end-to-end Treasury services, including foreign exchange, fixed income, and derivatives. This position combines market expertise, sales execution, and client relationship management, with the goal of expanding market share and generating consistent business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial market solutions to clients, including FX, fixed income, and derivative products, ensuring accurate pricing, execution, and documentation.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to provide tailored Treasury strategies and enhance service delivery to institutional clients.
  • Strengthen and grow assigned client portfolios by identifying cross-sell opportunities and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Build new client relationships and introduce additional Treasury products to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and joint marketing efforts to promote Treasury capabilities.
  • Share market insights, economic updates, and product recommendations to support client decision-making.
  • Prepare reports on client activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal Treasury desks and structuring teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
  • Provide after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain proper records, client files, and ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and internal requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Treasury sales, financial markets, or investment product distribution.
  • Holder of a Certified Treasury Professional license or accredited Fixed Income Market Salesman.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage high-level and key clients.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.
