Product Manager

Core responsibilities (daily / weekly / monthly)

● Own execution for product updates: vacuum-sealed specs, export-ready packaging,

vendor coordination, QC signoff.

● Create short, actionable creative briefs: product positioning, key messages, required

assets, timelines, approval checkpoints.

● Run pre-launch activity: product samples, influencer seeding, PR notes, paid campaign

briefs, email & SMS flows. Use a launch asset pack and checklist for every release.

● Maintain product roadmap for existing SKUs and near-term launches. Prioritize by

revenue upside and launch readiness.

● Translate customer feedback and sales data into product actions and brief

recommendations.

● Support Shopify content when asked: supply copy, specs, photos, SEO keywords, and

asset files.

● Track first-30-day launch performance and produce a short learnings report for the

marketing calendar.

Must-have skills and experience

● 1 year in product/brand management or marketing. FMCG or food experience preferred.

● Hands-on experience with product launches and packaging updates.

● Clear brief-writer. Can make a 1-page launch brief that a designer and media buyer can

execute from.

● Practical project manager.

● Comfortable with basic data: spreadsheets, cohort checks, simple SQL or query

examples.

● Good communicator. Works across small teams and external vendors.

Nice-to-have

● Experience with smoked-fish, seafood, or Filipino regional food brands.

● Familiar with vacuum packaging safety and export labeling.

● Basic knowledge of influencer seeding and micro-influencer networks in the Philippines
