Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to lead and supervise a team of workers on construction or manufacturing projects. The Foreman will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, and coordinating with other teams to achieve project goals.

*Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:*

• Lead and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance, direction, and support.

• Ensure team members follow safety protocols, procedures, and quality standards.
  Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Plan and organize daily work activities, allocating tasks and resources as needed.
  Quality and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

• Monitor work quality and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet standards.
  Productivity and Efficiency:

• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements in work processes.

• Identify and address issues affecting project progress or quality.
  Communication:

• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients regarding project status, issues, and requirements.

• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare reports on project progress, incidents, and other relevant matters.

• Maintain records of work activities, inspections, and other documentation as required.
  Problem-Solving:

• Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.

• Collaborate with teams to find solutions to technical or operational challenges.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Physically capable to work in a construction or manufacturing environment (as applicable).
