  1. Achieves the company's monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quota;
  2. Accomplishes sales and marketing objectives by training and coaching staffs;
  3. Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing the sales contributions of each salesperson;
  4. Prepares and completes a marketing action plan;
  5. Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas per salesperson;
  6. Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding customer requirements;
  7. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits;
  8. Mentors and train staff in accordance with company policies, procedures, and memorandum circulars;
  9. Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team's performance;
  10. Works with the staff to increase their sales and take action to correct issues arising during and after field work;
  11. Conducts monthly meetings with all staff to address concerns and issues, formulate strategies and selling techniques, and the like;
  12. Monitor reports submitted by the sales staff and ensure their accuracy and completeness;
  13. Ensures that there are new clients every week;
  14. Provide reports and presentations to top management, like sales reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers' on-boarded reports.
  15. Attend trade shows, conventions, and other marketing events and represent the company;
  16. Completes sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner;
  17. Coordinates with the Marketing Assistant to conduct a client survey to determine the sales personnel performance;
  18. Ensures the client's product and performance satisfaction;
  19. Monitors the current market and competitors' prices;
  20. Controlling company marketing expenses to ensure the marketing expenditure is kept within budget;
  21. Follow all company policies and procedures;
  22. Do other work-related tasks as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager and the General Manager.
