Job Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of store equipment and facilities through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and hands-on repairs. Responds quickly to maintenance issues to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of store equipment and facilities.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning units, and other store machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and minor carpentry issues as needed.
  • Handle basic repairs independently and escalate major issues to contractors when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on maintenance experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical, or related fields.
  • Technical or vocational qualification preferred.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices is a plus.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance efficiently and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of minor carpentry and general store maintenance practices.
  • Ability to maintain focus and work safely in a store environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
