Your Role

As an Finance/Billing System Reporting Administrator, you are responsible for:

Financial System Administration

  • Administer finance and billing systems, including ERP, budgeting, and reporting tools.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Set up and maintain supplier and debtor records across multiple entities, coordinating with Commercial on terms, credit, and debtor applications.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Produce and distribute standard and ad-hoc financial reports.
  • Work with finance and operations to define reporting requirements.
  • Validate data accuracy and consistency across all reports.

System Support & Projects

  • Act as first-line support for finance system users.
  • Resolve system issues and escalate to IT or vendors when required.
  • Test and validate system updates, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Provide technical and project support for billing, accounts payable, and system automation initiatives.

Training & Documentation

  • Deliver user training on finance systems and reporting tools.
  • Maintain user guides and reference materials.
  • Enable users to generate reports independently.

Compliance & Data Governance

  • Enforce internal controls, data standards, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity within finance systems.
  • Support audits with system reports and audit trails.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable policies and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years' experience in an intercompany or finance systems environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in revenue collection, taxation, or financial operations; government or municipal finance exposure advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel capability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High standard of confidentiality and data integrity.
