Work set-up: HYBRID (2-4x RTO a month)

Work schedule: 9:00pm - 6:00am (night shift)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and maintain accounting records for 20–25 client engagements
  • Reconcile portfolio and cash activity to source data record journal entries for review
  • Process capital calls, investment transactions, and expense entries
  • Support wire initiation and download bank statements for client records
  • Retrieve and process Fund-of-Funds (FoF) documents from client portals
  • Accrue fund expenses timely in accordance with GAAP
  • Develop a working knowledge of partner allocations per client
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
  • Provide onboarding and offboarding support
  • Upload audit PBC requests and manage LP audit confirmations
  • Maintain accurate time logs to ensure engagement profitability
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and effective collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or any related field
  • Must have 3 years end-to-end Fund Accounting (handling Private Equity)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple engagements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
