  • Handles any concerns or complaints raised and does the necessary action to recover and satisfy guests.
  • Delivers a prompt and efficient service to all departments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field of study
  • At least two (2) years of experience in IT
  • Knowledgeable with office automation products, databases and remote control
