THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Junior EPM Consultant with SAP ERP finance module experience to join our delivery team. This is an ideal opportunity for an ERP professional looking to transition into the high-demand EPM space. You will receive comprehensive Jedox platform training and certification while contributing to enterprise implementations for leading Philippine organisations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support EPM implementation projects under the guidance of senior consultants
  • Participate in requirements gathering workshops with client finance teams
  • Assist with data modeling, ETL processes, and financial systems integration
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Support user acceptance testing and documentation
  • Contribute to user training and post-implementation support activities
  • Develop expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years experience with SAP ERP finance modules (FI, CO, or related)
  • Understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, cost centre accounting, or management reporting
  • Experience working with finance teams and understanding their operational workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain Jedox certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exposure to financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting processes
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, or reporting
  • Background in conglomerate or multi-entity environments
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance qualification
  • Exposure to financial consolidation or group reporting processes
