Functional SAP SCM/MM Retail Consultant

Support the business with appropriate solutions that ensure operational efficiency and allow the business to maximise business opportunities.

Delivery:

  • Deliver a quality solution by the required date
  • Capture and document business requirements
  • SAP functional and technical solution design
  • SAP configuration
  • Provide estimates for effort and cost
  • Provide quality documentation (including test cases, functional specifications and user/admin guides)
  • Thorough scripting & testing for all system changes or resolutions (including unit, integration, regression and performance testing)
  • Support users during UAT
  • One-on-one system training with users when required
  • Where appropriate, provide a standard solution for a requested change

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage tier 2 & 3 projects/initiatives to successful completion

Support:

  • Perform 2nd and 3rd level software Support to ensure system availability
  • Problem resolution in accordance with the respective SLA
  • o Escalation of resolution to next level support or third partyo Prioritisation of issueso Liaising with users to obtain specific details about the problemo Maintain an up-to-date status of logged issues/requestso Test script & data preparation
  • Daily checks, reconciliations and data reprocessing when errors occur
  • Monitoring of application performance and stability
  • After hours support on a rotational basis

Qualifications:

  • Graduated any 4-years IT courses
  • SAP certification is preferred
  • Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 SCM modules – MM (Materials Management)
  • Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 SCM modules – SD (Sales and Distribution)
  • Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 SCM modules – WM (Warehouse Management
  • Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 SCM modules – LE (Logistics Execution)
  • SAP IS Retail configuration experience
  • Ability to read ABAP code is considered beneficial to the art of problem solving
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (waterfall & agile) and collaboration tools
  • Ability to prepare project plans, manage governance, manage risk & issues, preparing status reports, etc.
  • Ability to act as PM on tier 2 & 3 change requests and work with a PM on other projects
  • Good understanding of retail business processes
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, to deadlines & multitask under limited supervision
  • Strong business support and customer focus experience
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies to keep pace with an evolving industry
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving software and application issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php180, Php200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
