The team you will be part of

Our Merchandising & Creative Team brings brands and products to life through compelling visuals and on-brand storytelling. From graphic design and content creation to product presentation and campaign assets, the team crafts experiences that captivate and convert. With a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of digital commerce, we transform ideas into visuals that drive engagement, elevate brands, and enhance the online shopping journey.

The part you will play

We are seeking an energetic and creative Video Production Associate who will be responsible

for ideating, developing, and executing social commerce video content (TikTok, Shopee Live) that drive brand awareness, engagement, impressions, and revenue. Candidates should be on the pulse of what's next and trends within social and digital, and have a genuine passion for social commerce.

As a Video Production Associate, you will take charge of:

• Develop and execute video content ideas that align with the brand goals and values.
• Meeting 100% of video content volume plan
• Create and curate content including videos, hashtags, and challenges that resonates with the target audience and is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
•  Ideate original video concepts, shoot original video assets using a mobile phone, and edit using the Tiktok app or other video editing platforms.
• Establish evolving best practices in terms of video content ideation and video editing and keep up to date with different social media trends.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Graduate of Marketing, Communication Studies, or other related courses
• Excellent communication skills both in English and Filipino
• Ability to create attractive short videos for social commerce platforms
•  Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
• Strong interest in the social and digital space
• Deep understanding of social media's ecosystem: trends, hashtag, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates.
