Our Client, ReSource Pro, supports a wide range of business processes, with a focus on activities requiring deep domain expertise. They have a large and growing base of more than 10,500 employees based in the U.S., China, India, and Serbia with 400+ clients.

Your role

As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, You Will

Design & Build Software

Collaborate with clients and partners to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, build, and deploy software applications according to project plans.
Develop prototypes and explore technical alternatives to meet performance and usability goals.

Execution & Maintenance

Maintain and enhance existing systems through debugging, feature improvements, and performance optimization.
Provide system support and technical guidance to users and internal stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for innovation within owned systems and components.

Solution Design & Architecture

Contribute to system architecture and design optimization.
Support architectural reviews and assist in developing scalable technical solutions.

Process & Knowledge Sharing

Document processes, technical designs, and project deliverables in company repositories.
Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the engineering team.

Non-negotiables

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in backend software development.
Strong experience with .NET C#, Azure Cloud, SQL, and NoSQL
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer-oriented with proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills/expertise

Experience in system architecture or solution design.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Experience collaborating with global or client-facing teams.
