Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides operations with adequate supply of raw material supplies.
Maintains sufficient level of stocks and provides for the requirement of the Branch and its outlets.
Evaluates storage practices and policies. Recommends and implements improvement when necessary.
Ensures that stocks are properly arranged in the warehouse and that the area is always clean and orderly.
Ensures that security and safety of warehouse, only authorized personnel are allowed inside.
Conducts weekly physical inventory count. Counter check results of physical count against records. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Prepares and maintains an effective warehouse plan for stock management.
Ensures that strict implementation of FIFO system of issuing stocks.
Monitors and maintains the good working condition of warehouse equipments.
Ensures the efficiency of IMD records for proper accounting and operations.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
