Operations Associate Non-Voice Account

The Role:

As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying and reviewing customer data, processing account openings and amendments, and managing deposit and withdrawal processes. You'll support the Operations Team Lead in executing projects and initiatives, contribute to internal communication strategies, and collaborate with teams across departments and regions to align on operational matters.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and verify customer data, including account openings, amendments, and verifications
• Support the Operations Team Lead in executing department-wide projects and initiatives
• Assist leadership by providing input on internal communication and strategy execution
• Create engaging content and presentations to effectively communicate Operations' goals and updates
• Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, regional offices, and other stakeholders
• Respond to requests from Sales and other departments in a timely and professional manner
• Manage deposit and withdrawal transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of BPO experience, preferably in Operations or other non-physical operations roles
• Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are a plus
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Flexible and adaptable to changing assignments and tasks
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to follow through on responsibilities
• Capable of working effectively in a team environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and requires minimal supervision
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and improve continuously
