The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role requires attentiveness, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet guests promptly and provide menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints politely and efficiently.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and handle change when necessary.
• Clear tables, reset them, and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Follow company service standards and safety regulations.
• Assist other team members during busy hours.

• Previous experience as a server or in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
