About the role

As a Multi Skilled Technician / Maintenance Technician at CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP.', you will be responsible for providing essential maintenance and technical support services to our client's facility in Makati (MLC Paseo / TWC Makati / Sagittarius Makati / RAM Makati). This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the property.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various building systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair issues with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential problems to address them proactively
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks
  • Provide on-call support and respond to emergency situations as needed

What we're looking for

  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in a related field, such as electrical, mechanical, or HVAC
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a multi-skilled technician or maintenance technician, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues
  • Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following safety protocols and procedures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and the facilities management team
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
