  • Warehouse Operations Management

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching of raw materials and finished goods.

  • Ensure accurate inventory management and timely completion of stock counts and cycle counts.
  • Maintain proper documentation for material movements and stock reconciliations.

  • Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

  • Plan and allocate tasks to team members, ensuring balanced workloads and efficient operations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new and existing staff on warehouse procedures and safety practices.

  • Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and 5S standards within the warehouse.

  • Collaborate with Production, QC, Logistics, and Finance to support smooth operations.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to optimize workflow and minimize errors.

  • Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock variances, and warehouse performance metrics.

  • Support year-end and periodic inventory audits by coordinating physical stock counts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for warehouse-related concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend and implement best practices to improve space utilization, material handling, and efficiency.

  • Propose solutions to reduce stock discrepancies and prevent recurring operational issues.
