About the Role:

We are seeking a highly articulate professional to support our operations by calling inspection offices in Maine. This role involves scheduling inspections, following up on requests, obtaining status updates, and ensuring smooth communication between inspectors, offices, and our internal team. This is a phone-heavy role ideal for someone confident, polite, persistent, and professional on calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with inspection offices across Maine
  • Schedule and confirm inspection appointments
  • Request status updates and documentation as needed
  • Log call results and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate updates to the internal team promptly
  • Manage email follow-ups when required

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English (clear and neutral accent required)
  • Strong phone presence and comfort with outbound calls
  • Professional communication and customer-service mindset
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow scripts, processes, and escalation steps
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and headset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in administrative support, call handling, dispatch, or scheduling
  • Experience working US time zones
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets or a CRM is a plus
