Intramuros, Philippines Accustandard Medical and Diagnostic Supply Full time ₱200,000 - ₱240,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions including receipts, payments, invoices, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure timely filing of government remittances (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Support external and internal audits by providing requested financial data and reports.
  • Monitor petty cash disbursement and replenishment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related role (experience in logistics, shipping, or port services is an advantage).
  • Proficient in accounting and MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of BIR processes, tax compliance, and other government reporting requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
