Position: DISHWASHER
I. OVERVIEW, ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIREMENTS
The position reports directly to the Kitchen Head of the Company. This position is expected to observe the policies and procedures, security measures and work guidelines, as well as lawful directions given by TSI's management and persons in authority.
This position assists in daily kitchen activities, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Provides ingredients quality and consistency by following designated recipe standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Scrape and rinse dishes and utensils.
- Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
- Properly organize the all pans, utensils, and dishes.
- Empty trash containers regularly.
- Maintain a clean and sanitize work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as requested.
- Clean food prep stations and equipment.
- Adhere to and implement sanitation and safety regulations.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas
- Must always be present at the most busy/important time of the business activities.
- The normal working week can exceed 48 hours. During peak periods such as Christmas, special dinners, celebrations, events, and other seasonal activities, managers may work more than 48 hours.

Beyond the basic skills and role responsibilities described in Part I, it is crucial for the Dishwasher to understand the company's expectation for this role.
