JOB SUMMARY
The Liaison Officer is responsible to assist all permits and licenses requirements of the company from pre-operating , operating and annual requirements.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Application with SEC Registration and Other Government Requirement
- Assist in the following :
- SEC Registration
- BIR
- Registration with SSS, Pag-ibig, PHILHEALTH
- Amendment on by laws, GIS, annual filing of income tax
- Assist Processing of Permits and Licenses
- Assist in processing all permits and licenses including application of building and HLURB permit.
- Government Compliance
- Coordinates and assists in permit renewal of annual applications of government permits and compliance.
- Assist annual inspector during inspection .
- Safekeeping Of Permits
- Shall be responsible to compile all permits
- Coordination to other department/3rd Party
- Responsible for negotiating with 3rd parties on behalf of the company.
- Covered Shift
- Performs tasks, duties and covered shifts of colleagues in their absence.
- Others
- Undertake other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
