Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front and back of house. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. Foster a positive work environment and resolve any staff issues.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and address guest complaints and feedback. Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience. Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.

Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy. Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on marketing strategies to attract new customers. Plan and execute special events or promotions.
