Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day store operations for meats and grocery products.
  • Operate the cashier system, process payments accurately, and manage basic sales reports.
  • Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations politely and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory, restock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and displayed.
  • Coordinate product orders, delivery schedules, and restocking with suppliers and kitchen staff.
  • Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy of products received.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling product availability, including seasonal or promotional items.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards in the store.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in grocery, retail, or food store operations.
  • Presentable, polite, and confident in communicating with customers.
  • Shows initiative, focus, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Versatile — able to handle cashier duties, scheduling, deliveries, and customer service tasks.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
  • Must have updated NBI clearance prior to employment.
  • Cebu City based is preferred but not required
