As a Customer Service Associate for our Travel Reviews and Bookings account in Camsur, you'll be handling all booking-related inquiries, including pre-booking questions and assistance with reservations. You will expertly handle cancellations and refund requests, manage amendments and changes to existing bookings, and ensure that customers receive timely booking confirmations. Additionally, you'll assist customers with our "Reserve Now, Pay Later" options to enhance their travel planning experience.
