POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Active Listening: Understand customer needs with attentiveness and empathy to foster meaningful connections.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services to deliver accurate and effective support.
  • Call Management: Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring each interaction is efficient and positive.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within call tracking systems.
  • Performance Goals: Consistently achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support service excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall operational performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • COLLEGE GRADUATE (WITH OR WITHOUT BPO EXPERIENCE)
  • COLLEGE UNDERGRADUATE (WITH AT LEAST 3 MONTHS BPO EXPERIENCE)
  • HS GRAD / SHS GRAD (WITH AT LEAST 3 MONTHS BPO EXPERIENCE)
  • GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • AMENABLE TO START ASAP AND WORK ONSITE
