We're Hiring – Healthcare Domain Test Lead | Philippines (Work from Office)

Location:
Philippines

Relevant Experience:
5–7 years

Salary:
Competitive (based on experience and interview feedback)

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in
Healthcare / Health Insurance
and
Oracle Health Insurance Management System
to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on Agile and Waterfall projects in the Healthcare domain
  • Gather project requirements, identify gaps, and document processes
  • Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test cases and manage defect resolution
  • Coordinate with IT & Business teams and ensure smooth stakeholder communication
  • Lead teams, share knowledge, and support issue resolution and mitigation planning
  • Test Oracle Applications (Fusion, RM&B, OHIMS, Policy Admin Systems)
  • Contribute to Digital Platform Testing initiatives

Key Skills & Must-Have Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in Healthcare domain projects
  • Hands-on experience with
    Oracle Health Insurance Management System
  • Strong knowledge of system integration testing, functional testing, UAT
  • Team management, problem-solving, and risk identification skills
