IT Staff

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for maintaining servers and workstations.
• Performs system diagnosis, repair and updates to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving problems with computers, printers and networks (LAN & Wi-Fi).
• Provides technical support of software applications.
• Interfaces with users to identity computer related needs and provide appropriate software/hardware support applicable to those needs.
• Ensures the anti-virus software is always up to date and share necessary information with users regarding potential risks.
• Tracks and maintains accurate inventory of hardware (computers, printers, network hub and routers).
• Provides instruction to the use of computer applications and systems.
• Generates reports as requested by the Sales Department.
• Ensures routine backups are performed for Systems and for the PADS Department.
• Updates and develops information system.
• Implementation of hardware, software applications, programming and system network.

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Computer related course

( e.g. Computer Science/ Information

Technology or its equivalent

• Strong communication skill in both oral &

written

-Computer hardware & software coordination skills

Minimum of 1 to 2 years MIS experience or performing similar duties.
