Job Title: Social Media Marketing – Content Creator

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy social media marketer to join our team If you live and breathe TikTok, love skincare, and know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping content—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Produce engaging short-form videos, including UGC-style content, TikToks, Reels, and Stories centered around skincare products.
  • Content Editing: Edit video and image content using tools like Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Canva to ensure polished, high-quality visuals.
  • Copywriting: Write catchy, on-brand captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive engagement and align with platform trends and voice.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and reach out to potential influencers/creators for collaborations. Maintain ongoing relationships and communication with influencers to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Feed Planning: Strategically plan and curate the look and flow of our social media feeds (especially Instagram) to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand. Provide recommendations on layout, themes, and content cadence.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of current trends, challenges, and formats across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, pitch, and execute new ideas that grow our social presence.
  • Support: Assist with other marketing tasks such as campaign planning, content scheduling, or email content as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, formats, and aesthetics.
  • Familiar with influencer landscapes and able to identify creators who align with the brand.
  • Skilled in content planning and able to visualize and map out cohesive social feeds.
  • Experience with content creation and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva).
  • Passion for skincare and the ability to communicate product benefits in a fun, authentic way.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills for managing influencer relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Strong sense of visual style and storytelling for beauty/wellness content

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
