Dietetics or Community Nutrition

Eligibility : RA 1080 (Nutritionist Dietitian)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist the Field Office in complying with the thrust, directives and plans prescribed by the FO by responding to queries
• Prepare technical reports based on the monitoring of provincial performance and accomplishment
• Submit monthly consolidated Provincial status report on the utilization/management of funds of the LGU with analysis and recommendations
• Review, consolidate and monitor physical accomplishment of the assigned province in coordination with the LGU focal person and FO.
• Monitor, evaluate and provide technical assistance to the LGUs regarding Supplementary Feeding Program on Nutritional Status, management of funds and compliance on the directives of the Secretary.
• Track physical and financial reports from LGU's and partners
• Review, asses and facilitate request for fund augmentation, realignment and transfer of funds, process payments and other similar concerns in coordination with the Budget Officer of the FO.
• Prepare food plan/cycle menu to be used in the day care centers and SNP areas.
• Does review and revalidation on Program reportorial requirements submitted by the LGU to ensure consistency of the data reflected in various accomplishment report.
• Coordinate with the Local Government Units for the timely submission of the liquidation report.
• Attends to meetings, consultation and coordination with partner/service providers and other concerned agencies.
• Perform other related task (TWG food, Standing Committee-food, and other augmentation)
