The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  • Store Management:
  • Setting up Shopify stores from scratch (0–1) such as product listing, homepage design, page optimization, and campaign planning to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store.
  • Ensure that products are added to the store, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Perform regular website maintenance and product updates.
  • Product Listings & Catalog Management:
  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings, ensuring accuracy and compelling content.
  • Organize product categories and collections for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Order Management:
  • Manage order processing, including tracking, customer inquiries, and returns.
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Monitor customer reviews and feedback, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the site's navigation and user experience are optimized for ease of use and conversion.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Use Shopify analytics and Google Analytics to track store performance, sales trends, and customer behavior.
  • Provide monthly reports on sales, traffic, and other relevant metrics.
  • SEO & Marketing:
  • Assist in implementing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure product images, banners, and promotions align with the overall brand vision.
  • Communicate with the customer service team to resolve issues efficiently.
Ideal Profile:
  • Proven experience managing Shopify stores (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and Shopify platform features.
  • Proficiency in using Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations (e.g., Oberlo, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Experience with product listing optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic design principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with order management systems and fulfillment processes.
