We're looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Reels/Shorts Editor to join our team at Coffee and a Good Vibe, a top-performing podcast hosted by Ayesha Sehra that spotlights entrepreneurs, creators, and thought leaders making waves in their industries.

**What You'll Be Doing:
-Selecting impactful soundbites from podcast episodes (we'll approve the clip before editing begins)
-Editing audio using provided high-quality studio files
-Creating engaging, on-brand Reels/Shorts that may include:
-On-screen captions
-Optional lifestyle B-roll or overlays to enhance storytelling
-Sound effects and music for pacing & emotion
-Delivering polished good quality videos ready for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok

**Rate: $20–$30 per reel

**Requirements:
-Experience editing short-form video content for podcasts or social-first shows
-A strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and engagement hooks
-Ability to work with remote files (Dropbox/Google Drive) and turn content around quickly
-Proficiency with video/audio editing software of your expertise (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Descript, etc.)

**Aesthetic Direction:
That said, we're leaning more into a specific aesthetic and vibe that aligns with the overall look and feel of our Coffee & A Good Vibe brand. We're looking for content that really matches the tone, format, and energy of our existing reels — especially in terms of color grading, captions, text animation, and mood. We'd love for the edits to feel cohesive with our visual grid and brand energy.

**We also really admire the vibe of Jay Shetty's reels — his storytelling style, tone, and emotion are great inspiration points.

If you're a potential fit, we'll ask you to complete a quick trial task — it's only meant to help us evaluate your editing style and fit. We'll provide you with assets from a recent episode, and you can send back just a short clip or preview (not a full reel). This is strictly for review purposes and will not be used for publishing.
