Opportunity Overview
Help optimize ATEOPS transportation network in terms of costs, transportation mode, transit lead times, and service quality of different logistics service providers through Data Analysis, Value Analysis, and negotiations with forwarders.Establish processes in Transportation and Customs ComplianceResponsible for the compliance of PEZA and Customs requirementsCoordination throughout the entire supply chain utilizing strong industry knowledge to identify optimization opportunities to reduce cost and maximizecarrier and supplier performance.Traffic Analyst will work with Order fulfillment group on establishing appropriate incoterms by destinations, review LC(Letter of Credits) and generateManufacturing certificates as per customer requestCommunicate with TER Sales and TER Customer preferred forwarders for shipments with FCA incotermsCommunicate and arrange with TER Forwarders for shipment with MIT(Merge in Transit) partsResolve billing and invoicing issues and communicate such to the internal finance team, service providers, and our third-party auditorsIdentify alternatives to promote operational efficiencies, cost reductions and improvements in TransportationSupport the team in liaising with service providers in addressing operational issues in transportation.Do Oracle transactions and generate all the necessary documents needed for shipping Testers and parts.Record keeping for all shipping documents.All About You
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College DegreeAt least 1-2 years' experience in the area or field of Transportation and Warehousing or equivalentKnowledgeable in logistics operations, Importation/Exportation processes and trade complianceWith attention to details and excellent analytical skillsApplies standard logistics principles, theories, concepts, techniques, and practices to solve a variety of transportation related issues/problemsProcess-oriented thinker - Always looking for continuous improvement solutions.Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time well on tight deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalismKnowledge/Experience of process automation is a plus.We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
