Job description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Inbound & Outbound Call Center Agent to manage both incoming and outgoing calls. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer concerns professionally, and confidence in initiating outbound calls when needed.

You will assist customers, follow up on inquiries, conduct outreach campaigns, and help ensure a smooth customer experience across all touchpoints.

Requirements

Experience in inbound or outbound call center roles (both preferred but not required)

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities

Comfortable making outbound calls, including sales-related outreach

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools

Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging callsWillingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
